Welcome to Robotik4kids LLC ("Robotik4kids," "we," "us," or "our"). By using www.robotik4kids.com (the "Site") or enrolling in our programs, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our Site, submitting a form, or enrolling your child in a Robotik4kids program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Description of Services

Robotik4kids provides hands-on, after-school robotics education for children ages 4 and up, including in-person classes in Tehaleh (Bonney Lake, WA). Class schedules, pricing, and availability are subject to change and will be communicated on our Site or directly to enrolled families.

Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment is confirmed once a completed sign-up form is received and payment is arranged.

Current tuition is $120/month ( 4 LESSONS ) OR $220/month ( 48LESSONS ) OR + TAX, unless otherwise communicated.

Classes are drop-off/pick-up; parents/guardians do not remain in the classroom during class time.

Class Policies

Attendance: Classes meet once or twice weekly as scheduled, for 90 minutes per session.

Makeup Policy: Only one missed class may be made up per month. The instructor will provide available makeup dates.

Behavior Expectations: Children are expected to follow class rules. Disruptive behavior may lead to dismissal from a session without refund.

Cancellations: Robotik4kids reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, weather, or other circumstances, and will notify families as soon as possible.

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Participation in robotics lessons and hands-on activities involves the use of electronic components, tools, and movement-based projects. By enrolling your child, you, the parent or legal guardian, release and hold harmless Robotik4kids LLC, its owner, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from your child's participation in these activities.

Medical Emergency Authorization

In the event of a medical emergency during class, you authorize Robotik4kids staff to seek appropriate medical attention for your child.

Media Release

Unless you notify us otherwise in writing, you give Robotik4kids permission to use photos and videos of your child taken during class for promotional purposes, including our website and social media.

Website Use

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party's use of it.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Robotik4kids LLC and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robotik4kids LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or participation in our programs, beyond what is required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our Site or enrollment in our programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
